Bale Wrappers

Bale wrappers are used to ensile hay or silage, by wrapping in film, to preserve quality and protect from the elements.

Individually wrapped bales are a good option for portability, as compared to drawing feed from a static silage stack.

Satellite Bale Wrapper:
Advantages are the two rotating satellite arms, which cut wrapping time in half.
Suitable for medium to larger scale operations wanting to achieve maximum productivity.

Turn Table Bale Wrapper – Trailed:
This machine has a self loading arm, which places the bale on the wrapper turntable. The wrapper can be programmed to apply a specific number of layers, usually 6 or more. Ejection is by lifting and tipping the turntable.
Effective for wrapping in the field and leaving the wrapped bale protected until being transported.

Turn Table Bale Wrapper – 3 Point Linkage:
This wrapper can be programmed to apply a specific number of layers, usually 6 or more. Ejection is by lifting and tipping the turntable. Bales have to be transported to the wrapper using a second tractor.
Value for money option for smaller operations.

In-Line Bale Wrapper:
High volume in-line wrapping, using a continuous wrap, to lay large numbers of bales out in a confined area. Cuts wrapping costs down and only requires one operator. Bales are fed in end to end. Usually set up near where they will be fed out.
Often good option for high input supplementary winter feeding.
