Tanco Square and Round Bale Wrapper – 1540EH

The robust 1500 Series bale wrapper is the most versatile of its kind, capable of wrapping both square and round silage bales. As a 3Pt Linkage machines it is both lightweight and compact, the 1500 can handle bales up to 1.7m in length and 1.8m in diameter.

Round & Square Bales
Whilst the 1540 EH can wrap Round Bales up to 1.4m in diameter it can also wrap Twin Square Bales in a single pack, greatly reducing the cost of wrapping. A “rotate after wrap” feature automatically turns the bale into the horizontal position for unloading at the end of the wrapping cycle.

Fast Acting
“Cut & Start” Units Fast acting and strong gripping cut and starts units ensure reliable and shorter wrapping cycles. In the event of a film break, automatic film break sensors come as standard allowing the wrapper to finish the cycle with a single roll of film.

Rock ‘N’ Roll System
The 1500 Series has a unique roller system which is independently driven from the loading function, which ensures a smooth and consistent bale rotation. A “rotate after wrap” feature automatically turns the bale into the horizontal position for unloading at the end of the wrapping cycle.

Folding Twin Dispensers
The 1500 Series uses Tanco’s patented Twin Folding Satellite Arm System. Using a Single “Cut & Start” mechanism, through a linkage system the second arm unfolds from the first, resulting in two dispensers applying wrap simultaneously, greatly increasing the output of the wrapper. At the end of the cycle both wrap arms once again fold together and are held by the same “Cut & Start” unit.
