Our Mixers can be manufactured as a stand alone unit or as part of a feed plant with the incorporation of a roller mill or hammer mill, augers, screw conveyors, automatic bagging heads and concentration hoppers.
As each client is different, so are our customised mixing plants. The mixer can be mounted over a stand fitted with an automatic bagging head discharge, and the mixer filled via a bucket elevator or auger. Plants can be mounted on load cells with LCD readout display, or simply supplied with single bagging out scales with LCD read out screens. Some clients require an extended infeed hopper to facilitate filling the mixer via Jacky bin or bulker bags.
All our feed mixers include a cleanout door to enable full cleaning out at the bottom of the auger, to ensure no contamination of grains between mixes.
Other accessories sold with our mixers include the ever reliable Newlong Sewing Machines, Dust collectors; and Bulker Bagging in feed chutes for a safe and manageable method of filling the mixer.
