Designed for maximum efficiency and versatility, the SquatPak 250L MC20/20 Sprayer is the perfect solution for spot spraying, fence lines, and roadside applications. Its compact design makes it ideal for side-by-sides, buggies, and utility vehicles, offering powerful performance with a spray reach of up to 15m.

Features

• 250L Capacity UV Stabilised Polytuff tank with calibrated fill markings & front tank sump. Internal Twin Baffles to reduce liquid surge when travelling. Bottom inserts for permanent fixing to a tray or attaching optional Forklift skids.
• Compact and Powerful Sprayer delivers high flow and pressure, capable of running an 8-nozzle boom (04 nozzles @ 3 bar) while maintaining a 15m spray reach.
• A 30M Eco Hose Reel and Atomiser Spray Gun provides extended reach and precise spraying, perfect for spot spraying or fence line and roadside applications.
• Honda GX120 (3.5hp) Driven with low level oil alert with direct drive 6:1 reduction gearbox.
• Comet MC20/20 18.5L/min open flow capacity and 20Bar/290psi maximum pressure. Silvan self-priming positive displacement oil-backed diaphragm with nitrile diaphragms and corrosion resistant, cast anodised aluminium body.
• Pressure regulator with pressure adjustment and automatic bypass, gauge and 2 outlets, 1 for the hose reel and 1 for an optional boom.
• 3 stage Filtration, to protect the pump and minimize nozzle blockage. Basket strainer under the filling lid and 2 suction filters prior to the pump.
• Powder coated metal construction. Lockable hub with locking pin. Supplied with 30m x 10mm ID ag hose.
• Atomiser spray gun, adjustable from a straight to a conical spray and Atomiser fine mist. Supplied with 1.5- and 2.0-mm ceramic nozzle.

Optional Towbar Booms for Side by Sides:

• RP1-33 – Silvan 4m Towbar Boom.
• RP1-35 – Silvan 4m General Purpose Towbar Boom.
• RP1-36 – Silvan Hi Flow Boomless Nozzle Towbar Boom.
• 430-115 – Forklift channels (pair) DIY Fitment. Bolts and washers included. Can be fitted North/South or East West.
• Note: The MC20/20 pump has sufficient flow to increase the size of nozzles in the Towbar booms, standard fitment is Yellow 02, Towbar booms (excluding the RP1-36) can use Red 04 to increase the overall flow rate
