Trailed air assist Compact Supaflo 1000 litre sprayer with a 93L/min diaphragm pump, 700mm fan and electric valve controls. Ideal for narrow vineyards, orchards and trellis tomatoes.

Model Specifications:

• Pump: Silvan oil-backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms and corrosion resistant, cast anodised aluminium body with brass heads and manifold. IDS960:93L/min Pump, capacity 5000kPa pressure.
• Fan Size: 700mm axial flow type, 8 bladed fan (or 800mm with 10 blades) with curved nylon reinforced blades and protective mesh cover.
• Nozzles: Flip-over type for dilute/concentrate spraying. Ceramic HCI nozzles. 12 double sided nozzles (6 per side) twist on/off (7 per side on 800mm fan).
• Gearbox: Single speed with neutral position, oil-bath type.
• Controls: 40 Bar electric section valves, master valve, electric pressure regulator and in-cab controls.
• Main Tank: Polytuff impact resistant polyethylene construction, calibrated sight line, flip top easy open lid, 40mm drain valve.
• Flush Tank: 80L flush tank with top fill. Used to flush pump, filter, spray lines and nozzles.
• Hands Wash Tank: 15L fresh water hand wash tank.
• Frame: Galvanised steel with jockey wheel and adjustable drawbar.
• Agitation: Pump bypass plus venturi agitator.
• Pressure Gauge: 100mm, 0-60 bar glycerine filled gauge with bar increments.
• Filtration: Lid strainer and suction line filter.
• Wheel Equipment: 50mm axle with 15inch tubeless tyres on painted rims (speed rating 30km/hr).
• PTO Driveshaft: Quality driveshaft with quick release pins and safety cover.
• HP Required: Minimum 40PTO HP.
