Silvan 3500L Trailed TTS Sprayer with Twin Jet Fan – D30JET-1701GLT

The TTS sprays chemicals where they are needed – up high – both to ensure the chemicals are reaching the relevant parts of the trees but also to minimise potential damage to any buildings or infrastructure which may surround the paddock.

Model Specifications:

• Pump: Silvan oil-backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms and corrosion resistant, cast aluminium body. IDS1701:161L/min. capacity, 5000kPa pressure.
• Fan Size: Dual 450mm diameter twin turbine fans with galvanised frame and head spray. Hydraulic angle adjustment and manual top wing adjustment.
• Nozzles: Flip-over type with ceramic hollow cone nozzles. 11 nozzles (6 in cannon head, 5 in side of cannon) with twist on/off per cannon.
• Gearbox: Two speed with neutral position, oil-bath type.
• Controls: 40 Bar electric section valves with master valve, electric pressure regulator and in-cab controls.
• Tank: Polytuff impact resistant polyethylene construction with calibrated sight line, non spill lid. 40L freshwater tank. 50mm Camlock bottom fill.
• Frame: Galvanised steel with jockey wheel and adjustable drawbar.
• Agitation: Pump bypass plus venturi agitator.
• Pressure Gauge: 100mm, 0-60 bar glycerine filled gauge with bar increments.
• Filtration: Lid strainer, suction line strainer and nozzle filters.
• Wheel Equipment: Glideflex suspension axle fitted with 11.00x16inch wheels (max speed rating 30km/hr).
• PTO Driveshaft: Quality Bondiolo and Pavesi constant velocity driveshaft with quick release pins and safety cover.
• HP Required: Minimum 100PTO HP.
