Silvan 400L Tray Mount Turf Sprayer with 6m Hydraulic Fold Boom – CUSH-07+032-19D

Sled mounted with BP60/20 pump coupled to 5.5hp Honda engine, electric controls, economy reel, 20m hose and gun, with 6m hydraulic folding boom.

Model Specifications

• Pump – Silvan self priming oil backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms and corrosion resistant cast anodised aluminium body. BP60/20: 58L/min. capacity 2000kPa pressure, direct driven by 5.5HP Honda with 6.1 reduction gear box.
• Boom – Fully galvanised high-tensile steel truss-section frame. Stainless steel spraylines with 50cm nozzle spacings and air induction nozzles. Two independent hydraulic rams. (Folding requires 2 sets of tractor remotes). Spring loaded breakback of outer arm.
• Controls – 3 section electric valves. Control box with pressure adjustment and on/off switches mounted on arm close to operator.
• Tank – Polytuff impact resistant polyethylene construction. Calibrated sight line. Non spill screw down lid. Internal baffle and sump.
• Frame – Galvanised RHS steel sled frame for fitment into tray body. Removable stand legs when not in use.
• Agitation – Bypass action and venturi jet.
• Pressure Gauge – 0-25Bar dual stage glycerine filled gauge mounted on adjustable arm.
• Filtration – Lid strainer, suction line strainer.
• Hosereel – Economy hose reel with 20m x 12mm ag hose and JetPro spray gun.

Factory Options

• 6m Field boom.
• 16L foam marker (double sided).
• Bravo 180S automatic rate controller (includes BP130/20 pump upgrade).
• BP130/20 pump, 132L/min capacity, 2000kPa driven by 5.5HP Honda.
