The Wiedenmann CORE RECYCLER Walk-Behind is a unique and eco-efficient solution for golf greens and tees, designed to collect, separate, and recycle aeration cores. By reintroducing  valuable sand and soil back into the turf while removing unwanted organic matter, it delivers significant cost savings, reduces material usage, and supports sustainable turf management.

Efficient Core Collection and Separation: A fully floating sweeping head lifts previously punched-out cores and transfers them to four rotating drum screens. Sand and soil are separated from organic debris, with up to 80% of the valuable substrate returned directly to the surface.
Cost and Resource Savings: By recycling the majority of sand and soil, the Core Recycler reduces the need for expensive top-dressing materials. This saves money while preserving beneficial microorganisms that support nutrient absorption, water retention, and turf resilience.
Improved Turf Health and Playability: Recycled substrate strengthens the turf’s natural immune system, accelerates surface recovery, and reduces reliance on chemical inputs. The result is healthier, more sustainable playing surfaces that return to play more quickly after aerification.
Flexible Operation: The separating function can be disengaged using special inserts, allowing the machine to be used purely for core collection when required.
User-Friendly Design: Built as a walk-behind, hand guided machine, the Core Recycler WB is powered by an internal combustion engine with a hydrostatic drive. Operating speeds are continuously adjustable from 0–6 km/h for maximum control.
High-Performance Output: The collection container with high-dump capability allows easy transfer of organic debris into trailers or utility vehicles, reducing downtime and streamlining clean-up operations.
